Tessenderlo CEO resigns

Tessenderlo Group (Brussels) says that its CEO, Frank Coenen, is leaving the company with “mutual consent.” The change has been approved by the board of directors and is effective immediately. The board has appointed Luc Tack and Mel de Vogue to a shared CEO role. Tack will be in charge of the business operations and human resources, and Vogue will head the other functional domains.
