Synthomer CEO to step down, company looking for successor

Synthomer (Harlow, UK), formerly Yule Catto, says that Adrian Whitfield, group CEO, will step down after eight years with the company. Whitfield will remain CEO and on the board until 30 June 2015 to allow sufficient time to find a replacement and for a smooth transition, the company says. The board will search for the company's next CEO.
