Styron Appoints New CFO

Styron has appointed John Feenan as executive v.p. and CFO, effective January 16, 2012. He will also serve on Stryon’s executive leadership team. Feenan joins Styron from JMC Steel, where he has served as senior v.p. and CFO since 2007.  From 2003 to 2007, he was senior v.p. and CFO of H.B. Fuller. Feener succeeds Richard Diemer, who left Styron in September. Styron previously announced plans to change its company name to Trinseo, which will be fully effective in all countries later in 2012.
