Sensient changes executive pay incentives

Sensient Technologies says it is enacting changes to pay practices for named elected executive officers, including the CEO, CFO and COO. The company will, this year, begin issuing half of an executive’s equity grants based on performance according to established goals. For 2013, these performance stock grants will be based on a weighted average of Ebit growth and return on invested capital over the past two years, Sensient says.
