Robert D. Hansen Named CEO of Dow Corning; Stephanie A. Burns to Remain Chairperson

Dow Corning has appointed Robert D. Hansen as CEO, effective immediately. He succeeds Stephanie A. Burns, who remains chairperson. Hansen, 50, has been a Dow Corning employee for 29 years and was named president in November 2010. He will continue to serve as president.
