Rhodia to Cut Cellulose Acetate Jobs

Rhodia has launched a program to improve the competitiveness of the company’s Rhodia Acetow (Freiburg, Germany) cellulose acetate business. The program includes 129 job cuts, 15% of the business’s total, and will target productivity and efficiency gains in production, administration, support services, and R&D, Rhodia says.
