R&H Names New COO; On Track to Hit 2010 Targets

Rohm and Haas’s (R&H) board of directors has named Pierre Brondeau president and COO. Brondeau was most recently R&H executive v.p. and business group executive. He will serve on a newly formed chairman’s committee that will include Raj Gupta, R&H chairman and CEO, and Jacques Croisetiere, executive v.p. and CFO. The board has also elected Richard R. Lovely executive v.p. Lovely most recently held the position of v.p., corporate director/human resources. The company would not comment directly on whether Brondeau is in line to succeed...
