PhosAgro names its next CEO

Phosphate fertilizer producer PhosAgro (Moscow) says that its remuneration and human resources committee today recommended that the company's board accept the resignation of CEO Maxim Volkov and appoint deputy CEO Andrey Guryev to succeed Volkov as CEO.
