PhosAgro elects new board of directors

PhosAgro (Moscow), a leading fertilizer producer, announced today the election of a new board of directors. The move follows Maxim Volkov resigning as CEO in the middle of last year and from the board of PhosAgro late last year. Andrey Guryev has been elected CEO, with Igor Antoshin appointed as advisor to the CEO. Yuriy Krugovykh is deputy CEO, and Sven Ombudstvedt becomes independent director. Roman Osipov is director/business development; Ivan Rodionov and Marcus Rhodes have been named independent directors...
