Pecora acquires Carlisle Coatings' deck coating product line

Pecora (Harleysville, PA), a manufacturer of architectural weatherproofing products, has acquired Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing's (CCW; Charlotte, NC) deck coating product line for the commercial construction market. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Pecora says the elastomeric deck coating line will provide production and distribution efficiencies with “excellent products with an outstanding reputation.” CCW says they agreed to the transaction to focus more on serving the nonresidential building envelope market...
