Obama Nominates Huntsman as U.S. Ambassador to China

President Obama has nominated Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., former vice chairman of Huntsman Corp. son of Huntsman founder Jon Huntsman Sr., as U.S. ambassador to China. Huntsman, 49, speaks Mandarin and was U.S. ambassador to Singapore nearly two decades ago. He most recently has been serving his second term as Governor of Utah.
