Nexeo completes pigment distribution accord with Flint Group

Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, TX), a chemical distributor, says it has finalized an agreement with Flint Group Pigments (Luxembourg) to distribute Flint’s organic color pigments in the United States and Puerto Rico. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
