New Shell CEO Reorganizes Businesses

Royal Dutch Shell plans to absorb its trading and alternative energy activities, excluding wind power, into the group’s downstream portfolio, effective July 1. Shell’s downstream activities are comprised of the group’s refining, marketing, and chemical businesses.
