Nalco Chairman and CEO Joyce to Retire

Nalco says its chairman and CEO William Joyce will retire from the company on December 30. The company says it plans to set up a committee of independent directors to select Joyce’s successor and that Nalco’s board will retain Joyce as a consultant through March 31, 2008 to assist with the succession and transition process.
