NPRA: Energy and Global Climate Change Top List of Concerns

Energy and natural gas pricing and supply, as well as global climate change policies topped the list of concerns at the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association’s (NPRA; Washington) International Petrochemical Conference (IPC) held last week at San Antonio.
