Mosaic to change fiscal year

Mosaic (Plymouth, MN) says it is changing its fiscal year to end with the calendar year from 31 May. Mosaic will complete the current fiscal year on 31 May, and will then begin reporting quarterly results on a calendar-year basis with the quarter ending 30 September.
