Mexican president confirms Pemex's petchem division CEO

Manuel Sánchez Guzmán, who since November last year has been acting as CEO of the petrochemical division of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex; Mexico City), has been officially appointed to the role by Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto, state-owned Pemex has announced. Sánchez Guzmán started with Pemex in 2004 as an adviser to the petrochemical division's management.
