Merszei to Resign from Dow's Board of Directors

Geoffery Merszei, president of Dow Chemical's Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, will resign from the company's board of directors, effective December 31, according to a recent SEC filing. Merszei was appointed to his current position in November, and was previously Dow's CFO. His resignation from the board will not impact his other roles, a Dow spokesman told local media.
