Mapei's Squinzi to Be Next Cefic President

Cefic will elect Mapei's (Milan) CEO Giorgio Squinzi as Cefic's next president, CW hears. The election will take place on October 1, 2010 at the Global Chemical Industry European Convention, to be held by Cefic in Rome. Squinzi will succeed Christian Jourquin, Solvay's chairman, as Cefic president after his two-year term. Squinzi will present his priorities for his term in office, and comment on major current issues affecting the chemical industry, following his appointment.
