Kurt Bock to Succeed Giorgio Squinzi as President of Cefic

Kurt Bock, chairman and CEO of BASF, is expected to succeed Giorgio Squinzi, CEO of Mapei (Milan), as the next president of Cefic, CW has learned. The two-year appointment is exected to be made at the Cefic General Assembly on September 28, in London.   Bock is already a member of Cefic’s board, which is responsible for guiding the organization’s work and approving its policies, priorities, and programs.
