Kemira Forms a Separate Coatings Board

Kemira says it will appoint a separate board of directors for the company’s Kemira Coatings subsidiary, to emphasize the “independent nature” of the business. The board will have some external members, Kemira says. Meanwhile, the company says it will align its pulp and paper, and water treatment operations to ensure cost-saving synergies between those businesses.
