Kemira Confirms Job Cuts in Finland

Kemira has confirmed plans to make major reductions to its workforce in Finland (CW, Aug. 11/18, p. 5). Kemira will cut 298 jobs, about 10% of its Finnish workforce, of which 191 will be direct lay-offs and the rest will be retirements and termination of temporary employment.
