Jacobs awarded $2-billion nitrogen plant contract

Jacobs Engineering says it has been awarded a contract by Midwest Fertilizer to provide management services to a nitrogen-based plant at Posey County, IN. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed, however Jacobs says estimated construction value is $2.4 billion.
