Innospec CEO Resigns Amid SEC Probe

Innospec says its CEO Paul Jennings has resigned and that it has named Patrick Williams to take over as president and CEO, effective immediately. Williams had been the firm’s executive v.p., and president/fuel specialties since 2005.
