Huntsman CEO to Chair Board of Merged Hexion-Huntsman

Hexion Specialty Chemicals says that Peter Huntsman, Huntsman president and CEO, will become the chairman of the board after Hexion merges with Huntsman. The merger is expected to close in the second quarter, pending regulatory approval and the satisfaction of other closing conditions. Huntsman will assume the chairman responsibilities from Craig Morrison, currently chairman, president, and CEO at Hexion. Morrison will serve as president and CEO of the merged company.
