Holland to Succeed Clark as Brenntag CEO

Brenntag has named Steven Holland as the company's next CEO effective June 22, 2011, succeeding Stephen Clark. Holland is currently Brenntag COO. Brenntag's supervisory board announced the decision following a meeting today. Meanwhile, William Fidler, president and CEO of Brenntag's North American business, will join the Brenntag management board with immediate effect. He will have board responsibility for Brenntag's North American and Latin American business. Clark has been proposed for election to the Brenntag supervisory board at the company's annual meeting...
