Hexion Names Post-Merger Hexion-Huntsman Leadership

Hexion Specialty Chemicals says it has identified post-merger senior leaders for the Hexion-Huntsman combined company, contingent on the close of Hexion's acquisition of Huntsman. The merger is expected to close in the second quarter. Peter Huntsman, president and CEO at Huntsman, will become chairman of the board at the merged company, and Craig Morrison, chairman, president, and CEO at Hexion, will become president and CEO, Hexion says.
