Hallstar Appoints New COO

Hallstar (Chicago, IL) has named Louis Pace as COO. In this position, Pace will be responsible for operations and supply chain improvement in addition to previous responsibility for sales, marketing and business development. Pace has been with Hallstar since 2010 as executive v.p., and later that year was elected as an officer. In 2011, he began to run sales and marketing functions.
