Haldor Topsøe Appoints Bjerne Clausen as New CEO Following Sørensen's Resignation

Haldor Topsøe (Lyngby, Denmark) said on Friday that it has appointed Bjerne S. Clausen as its new CEO. The move follows the sudden resignation of Niels Kegel Sørensen, the company's CEO since September 2007. Clausen has been with the company since 1979, first working as a researcher in R&D with responsibility for many of the company's international cooperations and later as director of R&D.
