Former Dow Executives Return Fire

Two former Dow Chemical executives, dismissed after Dow charged that they were involved in unauthorized discussions about a potential acquisition of the company, fired back at the company last week in separate lawsuits against Dow (CW, April 18, p. 8). The former executives allege that Dow and its chairman and CEO Andrew Liveris falsely made the charges as a pretext to hasten their removal from the company.
