Fahnemann to Head Cirfs

Thomas Fahnemann, the chairman of Lenzing, has been elected president of Cirfs (Brussels), the European man-made fiber industry association. Fahnemann succeeds Omer Sabanci, president of Sabanci Holding’s (Istanbul) chemicals and fibers business. Sabanci has been Cirfs president since 2004.
