FMC predicts weaker first-quarter agricultural results due to cold weather

FMC says it expects first-quarter 2014 operating profit in its agricultural solutions segment decline in the mid-20% range year-on-year because of cold weather in North America constricting demand. However, the full-year outlook for the segment has not changed; the company continues to expect growth rates in the mid-teens in revenues and operating profits.
