ExxonMobil to fund chemical workforce training program

ExxonMobil says it will fund a $500,000 workforce training program in the Houston-area to train local residents for jobs in the chemical industry. The program is building on the Lee College ExxonMobil Process Technology Program and will train 50,000 students and educators over the next 5 years, the company says. Lee College will work with Houston Community College, Lone Star College, San Jacinto Junior College, Alvin Community College, Wharton County Junior College, Brazosport College, Galveston College and College of the Mainland to train students seeking...
