Engel Named Chairman and CEO of BASF Corp.

Hans Engel has been named chairman and CEO of BASF Corp., the North American operations of BASF. Engel succeeds Kurt Bock, who became executive chairman of BASF last week. Engel most recently was in charge of BASF’s oil and gas division, the Europe regional division and the company’s competence center/global procurement and logistics.
