People & Business :: People/Executives Eastman Promotes Management11:42 AM MDT | April 10, 2009 Eastman Chemical says it has named Richard Johnson as executive officer and has expanded responsibilities for Ronald Lindsay and Mark Costa. The promotions are effective May 7, when James Rogers takes over as CEO of Eastman from Brian Ferguson, who is retiring (CW, Dec. 15, 2008, p. 18). Lindsay will become an executive v.p., with continuing oversight of Eastman’s gasification project at Beaumont, TX.
