EPA proposes new formaldehyde emission rules

EPA announced on 29 May that is has proposed two rules as a part of the Formaldehyde Standards for Composite Wood Products Act, or Title VI of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), passed by Congress in 2010.
