Dow Names Presidents Under New, Decentralized Management Structure

Dow Chemical has named 13 business presidents under the new Global Business management structure it announced yesterday. Chairman and CEO Andrew Liveris says the decentralized organization is the "optimal structure" for the next phase of Dow's strategy.
