People & Business :: People/Executives Dow Moves to Drop Reinhard from Board2:00 PM MDT | July 25, 2007 | Robert Westervelt The board of Dow Chemical has authorized a revised slate of nominees for election at its annual meeting at Midland, MI next month, dropping the nomination of former CFO Pedro Reinhard. Dow charged earlier this month that Reinhard and Romeo Kreinberg, who until recently was executive v.p./performance plastics and chemicals, “were involved in unauthorized discussions with third parties about the potential acquisition of the company.” Both were fired on April 12 (CW, April 11/18, p. 8).
