Dow Awards Propylene Contract to Fluor

Dow Chemical confirms it has selected Fluor for an engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) contract for a planned propylene unit at Freeport, TX. The project is slated to be completed in 2015, and Fluor recently completed the front-end engineering and design (FEED) on the project.
