Cytec names new treasurer, corporate controller

Cytec (Woodland Park, NJ) has appointed Jeffery Fitzgerald as treasurer and Raymond Heslin corporate controller, effective 1 January. Fitzgerald served as corporate controller for 5 years and has been with the company for 25 years, holding various positions, including controller of the engineered materials business. He also recently led the acquisition of Umeco last July. Heslin is replacing Fitzgerald and has been with Cytec for 18 years, having served as internal audit director and, most recently, as assistant corporate controller. He also helped lead the sale...
