Claudia Huang Ruobing Appointed Member of BASF Greater China Board

BASF says it has appointed Claudia Huang Ruobing as a member of the BASF Greater China country board, effective today. She succeeds Karl-Heinz Böhning, who will retire at the end of 2011. Claudia Huang Ruobing will be in charge of manufacturing and technology for BASF in Greater China, and will assume the responsibility of general manager, BASF Auxiliary Chemicals Co. at Shanghai.
