Clariant Announces Board Appointments; Chairman Steps Down

Clariant says its board will propose to elect Dominik Koechlin, Hariolf Kottmann, and Carlo Soave to the board, at the company’s annual meeting on April 10. Clariant, meanwhile, plans to appoint Jürg Witmer chairman and Rudolf Wehrli vice chairman. Roland Lösser, Clariant’s current chairman, is stepping down for personal reasons, Clariant says.
