Chemtura Names Craig Rogerson as CEO

Chemtura has named Craig Rogerson as chairman and CEO, replacing Robert Wood who resigned for personal reasons, the company says. Rogerson had served as president and CEO of Hercules until its acquisition by Ashland last month. Wood had been Chemtura chairman and CEO since the company was formed on July 1, 2005 by Crompton’s acquisition of Great Lakes Chemical.
