Chemtura Creates Chairman Office

Chemtura says it has formed an office of the chairman designed to “increase organizational focus, speed decision making, and improve execution.” The office comprises: Robert Wood, chairman and CEO; Steve Forsyth, executive v.p., CFO, and treasurer; Robert Wedinger, chief business officer responsible for commercial reorganization; and David Dickey, chief functional and services officer responsible for all non-financial functions.
