Celanese CEO to Chair ACC Board

ACC has elected David Weidman chairman of its board for 2009. Weidman is chairman and CEO of Celanese. This year “will be a year of challenges,” Weidman says. “ACC will continue to work with Congress, the administration, and state and local officials to make sure our voice is heard on the important contributions of the business of chemistry.” Weidman: A challenging year ahead.
