Bush Nominates New Budget Director

President George Bush has nominated Jim Nussle, a former Republican lawmaker from Iowa, to succeed Rob Portman (R., OH) as director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Portman says he is resigning to spend more time with his family.
