Breuers Joins Lanxess Board

Breuers: Takes on new role in May. Lanxess says it has appointed Werner Breuers as a new member of its board of management, effective May 15. Breuers’ responsibilities have not yet been decided but will be in place before he begins his new role, Lanxess says. Breuers joins Lanxess from Basell, where he is president/polyolefins Europe. Lanxess says its board of management will increase from four, to five with Breuers’ appointment. Basell did not detail who will replace Breuers by CW press time.
