Borealis Names New Board; Launches Base Chemicals Business

Borealis has announced a new executive board and launched its previously announced base chemicals business group. Mark Garrett became CEO and chairman of the board on January 1, replacing John Taylor, who has retired. Garrett is joined by long-time Borealis executives, Herbert Willerth, who continues as executive v.p./operations, and Henry Sperle, who is relocating to Abu Dhabi as executive v.p./Middle East and Asia.
