Borealis Has New Board; Forms Base Chemicals Business

Borealis has announced its new executive board structure and the creation of a base chemicals business group. Mark Garrett became CEO and chairman of the executive board on January 1, replacing John Taylor, who has retired. Garrett is joined by two long-time Borealis execuvives, Herbert Willerth, who continues as executive v.p./operations, and Henry Sperle, who is relocating to Abu Dhabi as executive v.p./Middle East and Asia.
