Bayer loses patent lawsuits against Dow Agrosciences

Two affiliates of Dow AgroSciences will receive a $5.3 million award against Bayer Bioscience in a lawsuit over Bayer’s bacillus thuringiensis biotechnology patents that were found unenforceable due to inequitable conduct, according to a release from Dow.
